Please pray for ate cel, she's on her 4th chemo this July 20. She's so talented when it comes to crafts..she has so many ideas.I bet she'll be one of the best scrapper if only she enters in our own little world.She tried once,she scrap lift some layouts in one of my magazines, hers came out better than the one she copied.

I pray that she will get well soon.

She lost her hair after her 3rd chemo,my cousin Levi shaved his hair just to comfort her wife and to tell her she's not alone on this battle.I cut my hair too,but not so short,i was afraid that my youngest son will get mad,i remember, when i cut my hair short Gabe commented "Mom are you a boy?" LOL

She used to have a long and beautiful hair :))

Don't worry ate cel your hair will grow back soon.

Yippee,The Toys are back in town.. Basically my kids grew up watching Toy Story 1 and 2 over and over and over again. (in fact,they know the lines by ♥).

It's one of their favorite movie,mine too.

They are so excited to watch it (i guess,we ALL are LOL)... my youngest,Gabehas been counting days until it's opening and that is TODAY.. He is begging and bugging me now... i might give in. :))

I'm thankful... to God for loving me unconditionally.. to my family and friends. I'm so SORRY in anyway i have offended you (knowingly or unknowingly). Please be patient with me. God still working on me. I love y'all. 2009 was a tough year for me and my family... a lot of blessings.. a lot of problems.. but God sustained us..He is really faithful to us. A new year- it doesn't mean a new beginning because it has already begun.. all i know is, God is there..always. He will continue to love me and guide me. Have a blessed New YEar everyone.. April 30 was memorable to me,besides typhoon Emong,we personally experienced the "typhoon" in our life..Our maid hysterically knocked on our door asking us who opened the door..i don't know why but i knew right there and then that my laptop was stolen..and so it was true- they took also the modem and my son's cellphone and worst of it all i just learned after a week of incident, my scrapbook bag was stolen too,that included my 3 scrapbook album, 1 new album plus all my chip boards embellishment and so many scrapbook items,plus the project i made last scrapjam clark(huhuhu),i really cried not because of my laptop but because of my scrapbook, that my most treasured possession.Can you blame me for crying more for my scrapbook albums? I guess you would understand. I made this layout while crying..TFL!

I'm Still busy...doing some errands and business. Our Christmas party is near and to tell you the truth, I'm kinda skeptic on attending this party,i just don't know why, maybe because whenever i 'm attending events,i shopped and sometimes don't have the time to use it..i 'm just accumulating scrapbook (or hoarding..hahaha) materials and i feel bad about it or maybe.I know, i 'll be more busy these coming days and that 'll be tiring..i don't know! The truth is for the past months,i'm not in the mood to do anything..i''m just forcing myself to do layouts but i am my own critic.I never like what i did.I'm just wondering why,now that i'm exposed to beautiful materials,it seems i can't find my mojo's,i'm visiting almost every scrapbookers that makes beautiful layouts but to no avail,nothing happened don't get me wrong I admired and drool with their creation it is just nothing.Though i am present in almost all event ,it seems i'm lost and i can't find my own track.I know the inspiration and possibility are everywhere. But I'm contemplating why?yeah, i know why..i'm intimidated at all beautiful materials,i just bought it and i just want to look at it and i'm very happy doing that..plus the fact that i kept on organizing my things..never ending organization..i have limited space and i can't find the right place for my stuffs.ohhh...bloody scrap!!what will i do? i guess, i have to make a to do list or resolution that everyday ,i must do one layout..why not? i have to start now..today..hope so..

When i opened my eyes,He said "flower for you mommy" and hugged me.. after that, he asked me if i like it!and told me "gawa ko yan" (i made that for you)Isn't he sweet!!so i grabbed my camera and document this moment..this may pass just like my eldest he is not that showy anymore.

Scrapukan Anniversary

Today I left early,8:30 am,while my children were still asleep. It's Scrapbukan Anniversary,it was held at Rockwell place near my sister's house..the driver and yaya's in our house will pick up something so i went with them to save some time from commuting.Little did I know my yaya told my youngest that i went to her aunt's house,so he got his tantrums and cried all day..i hurried to get home,and my son gave me this letter.. His letter says :Mommy,i love you very much and please do not go to the Belair.I cry love gabe (mind you the spelling,anyway he's just 7 y/o) he drew himself and wrote Kry (cry) and he drew me..wrote glad..ouch!i'm having fun while he is in despair not bringing him to his aunt's house.. hmmm..it looks like i'm shopping..hihihi... Thus,it really broke my heart(at the same time makes me happy)He is so sweet.. he's been giving me love letter every night,saying he loves me..some i was able to save it but some of the letters, my yaya threw it in the garbage.

Memory Lane's Anniversary

Jeannie and I were asked to do a make and take project for helen's anniversary, since i have a stage fright,i just taught it to jeannie so she'll be the one will do the demo..lo and behold when the time comes..i was forced to do it anyway.. only few was able to join us but it was sure fun,there are make and take,raffles and giveaways.I won the grand prize raffle.hmmm..sure its yummy... and here's the tutorial which i fondly called matchbook album with a twist.. materials needed: 1 double sided patterned cardstock 1 plain cardstock 4 brads or eyelet glue embellishments first cut the patterned paper 4.5" x 12" for the cover. then measure from the left side 1.5",score and fold it toward the center from this fold measure again 5.25",score and fold then again form this fold measure .25" score this will leave you 5" for the front cover.set aside. trim from the plain cardstock paper 4.5" x 5" this will give you four pages. open up the album cover,place the pages inside.fold the 1.5" flap over the pages. Staple or put brads to bind it together.fold the 5" flap.all done now for the flipflap(or waterfall),use the scrap from double sided patterned paper trim a strip of cardstock 2" x 6.75 long.measure .25" score and fold do it until you have four folds.that's the tricky part,you need to fold it back and forth. for the pages of flipflap cut four 2" x 2".Adhere. embellish as desire. have fun with this project!!

Altered Felt

I registered again for Altered felt at artzdescrap I decided to make a Magic wallet out of it.I really enjoy doing this, It's simple but very useful to me.Since it's wallet,i just put few embellishment,(flower and leaf are scraps from felt cloth i used, i just paint it) otherwise,it will only fall out.There's no front or back because it's a magic wallet you can open it either way. here it is: Thanks for looking!

I have plenty DCWV SLAB patterned paper that still untouched,so i said to myself i better used it..it's now or never!! I was able to make three LO's in one day and a card last week, but never like the pictures i took,but here it is anyway.. Materials used:Patterned paper DCWV and letters Karen Foster squishies. I need to use my DCWV,got plenty of it. and please,if anyone reading my blog,help me on how to take good pictures of LOs and reduce the file,usually my pics are in MB.

Last May 17 was our Scrapfest 5,We had so much fun and learned so many techniques.Thanks Ria,and Iris fo the demo. I joined Newbie Challenge (I just scrap shop for the last 3 years or so)l.First,i was skeptic on joining,i don't like pressure and all (my last LO was 6 months ago)but what the heck?! i joined anyway..i didn't win the grand prize, but i was picked by one of the vendor as their favorte LO (i think so!!i really don't know LOL)I'm so happy for that,it's like i won the grand prize. I went to READY,SET,SCRAP of All About Scrapbooking at Robinson's Galleria. I also loved to go there,you get to meet different people.They have make and take kits..different projects,different approached.They also have challenges for newbie and advanced.If you know me,i don't like challenges,i know,it will only give me headaches.but i 'm persuaded by a good friend,so here's my entry,my first try,rules is used only handmade paper,i just drew the bird,flowers and branches then cut it...it 's not a winner but i 'm glad i did this..even it caused me major headaches(AAS liked Layouts full of embellishment no blank spaces at all)

Just when i thought, i 'm going to have it and can't sleep because of it .I 'm just like a kid counting days to Christmas to come,so i can open my gifts. You know Cuttlebug has been on my wish list for ever...Finally, i ordered it yesterday at creativexpress.com through the kindness and goodness of ate lindy, she asked her brother to carry it here in the Philippines,and he agreed.but when i opened my mail,i received mail from them that my order has been declined and it really breaks my heart..not again first Cricut (that's different story,someone promised me to give it to me,well,partly because i payed half of the price of it, but she returned the product after awhile and told me she cant bring it, but i guess promise meant to be broken) now this..i wonder what went wrong..it's so heartbreaking..

We went out with my in-laws, out of the blue my son ,Gabe, told my MIL that before we're rich..we lived in a big house (that because we're renting big house and we just transferred to a small apartment near my mom's house) and used to have a big red car (our Nissan Patrol, we sold it ) so my MIL asked what happened? Why are you not rich anymore? and he answered "kase my mom keeps on buying scrapbook stuffs so ubos na pera namen" (OMG,i almost fell from my chair,i don't know if i'm going burst to anger or laughter ohh..more on laughter)Did i really exhaust our savings just to buy scrapbooks stuff..i have my own money and that's what i used whenever i needed to buy something for myself..but that's an eyeopener for me.. and if we're going to the mall if he saw me eyeing for scrapbook he will say "scrapbook na naman.." but mind you..he love to pose or give me something for my scrapbooking purposes.. everything he see kahit pa napulot lang sa daan (believe me,he'll pick up everything he sees,even if it's a trash)..LOL

Well, this is my first time to join a contest (actually,just a raffle) for Scrap booking and i' m really nervous..no kidding...LOL.for one my stash is so few compare to everyone who joined this contest..and the prices alone is already a stash for me..but one reason why i joined this contest is i' m really happy for Marj..she really knows how to share her blessings to us and i thought that is perfect example of "Pay it forward" doing good to those people you don't even know..because some people i know is just show off..making promises that they can't keep,some they just wanted to brag... so way to go Marj! I know we can't wait to receive gifts from our love ones,who doesn't...But i wish we can do something different like sharing scrap booking to orphanage (or street children) and some goodies, too,surely they can't pay us..but their smile is already a reward for us....I was sharing this to Nita,she said if i' m going to this she's in..well I'm still finding a place to share our blessings... i lost my contacts..it's been awhile kase since my last..i don't know who will join me yet but what the heck i think Nita and I can do this hehehehe..so if you know some orphanage houses please leave a message..and if you're in.. again Marj..God bless and thank you for reminding us sharing our blessings.. who's reading this anyway..i didn't invite or share this blog to anyone yet.hahaha

Finally, i put up my own blog..for scrapbooking- a hobby that robbed my pockets.Some might think i 'm just pretending that i really do this,because i 'm not showing my works..i 'm a little shy, all scrapbookers out there is awesome, have their own style and they have a great layouts,it's very intimidating to share mine.. hehehe.Practically speaking i 'm scrapping since my childhood days i loved to cut out from mags to put it up in my albums,well i never thought that was scrapping,until year late 90's or 2000 i came across with this magazine about scrapbooking and i saw some awesome LO,the only paper i know is paper pizzazz and its really hard find stuffs for scrapbooking here so i just used any paper like construction paper,luckily, what i bought was acid free,but construction paper is bland,lack of vibrancy..but i used it anyway. One more thing,i 'm not sure if i 'm ready to share my thoughts, all i know is if ever i speak my mind, i 'm always misunderstood that create some issues in my life,maybe i just shared it to wrong people who's narrow-minded...there again,this will hurt some people again ..i might say "bato bato sa langit tamaan wag magalit".I 'm frank yet too sensitive to others need.I cared so much that will other confused that i 'm so pakialamera..i tried to accomodated everybody who comes to me that who needs help and most of them abused it..and blamed me when something goes wrong..that's already sharing..hehehehe...anyway, i guess thats life...you can't please everybody... and God is so good to me all the time...and really it's not about me anymore, it's about God. anyway,i hope you will like my blog..
